This ensures that your order reaches you quickly and safely

All parcels are insured and trackable.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your payment.

If you require an item urgently please contact us to see if we can dispatch your item immediately.

Most UK orders will cost just £5.99 for delivery

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will send your order via

WE AIM TO KEEP OUR POSTAGE COSTS AS LOW AS POSSIBLE, MOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN BE SENT FOR JUST £10.00

EXAMPLE,

CUSTOMER A PURCHASES 100 PRE BONDED HAIR EXTENSIONS, THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE £10.00

CUSTOMER B PURCHASES 1000 PRE BONDED HAIR EXTENSIONS, THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE £10.00

All orders are insured and trackable.

Delivery times are qouted at around 7 days.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via e mail to arrange returning your items. We strongly recommend using a signed for and trackable service for your returns as they are your responsibility until they reach us safely.

All Hair and items being returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

All shipping costs are non refundable.

If you need to return an item for any reason, please send to the address given below, please include a cover note explaining your reasons for return, dont forget to include your name address and order number. If you are returning the item as it was not a good colour match for you or your client please try to include a small sample of the colour you are looking for and we will match it for you at this end. Remember if you require us to change an item for you you must also send us the money to cover the return postage. If however we have sent you the wrong item we will cover the postage.
